Aspects in Astrology
An aspect is the angle between two planets along the zodiac. Some angles flow (the trine at 120°, the sextile at 60°), some create tension that pushes for action (the square at 90°, the opposition at 180°), and the conjunction at 0° fuses two planets into one.
An aspect does not have to be exact: the allowed distance is its orb. The tighter the aspect, the more it matters. To read one, combine the two planets' functions with the aspect's quality.
